REFUND POLICY

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days.

OverVintage is happy to offer worldwide shipping for all orders. We offer two shipping options: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.

Shipping usually takes 10 to 20 business days to arrive, depending on your location. Shipping usually takes 7 to 15 business days to arrive. Please note that these delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays.

We strive to process and ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days after receiving payment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, which will allow you to track the progress of your delivery.

Please note that we are not responsible for customs clearance, taxes or other additional charges that may be imposed on your country's customs agency. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or the shipping cost.

RETURN POLICY:

Our return policy has a period of 30 days. After 30 days from the close of purchase, unfortunately, it is not possible to request a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Various types of products are exempt from returns. Products such as food, flowers, periodicals or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, dangerous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Additional items on returnables:

Gift cards. Downloadable software products. Some personal and health care articles. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase from the manufacturer.

There are situations in which partial refunds are only granted (if applicable):

Book with obvious signs of use. CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened. Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item will be returned after 30 days from delivery.

REFUNDS (IF CORRESPONDS):

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned merchandise. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, we will process your refund. We will automatically issue a credit to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

REFUNDS DELAYED OR NOT RECEIVED (IF CORRESPONDS):

If you have not yet received your refund, first review your bank account again. Luego, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay in the refund process. Next, contact your bank, as there is usually some processing time before a refund can be processed.

You can only refund the items at a regular price; Unfortunately, the products on offer are not eligible for refunds.

CHANGES (IF CORRESPONDS):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to change it for the same article, send an email to contactoovervintage@gmail.com

REGISTERS:

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of your return. You will receive a gift card by mail when we receive the return item.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the purchase sent the item to themselves for delivery later, we will send a refund to the person who made the purchase, and we will know that you requested the return .
